Have you ever wondered what is the best way to breathe when running? Join Lisa from Breathing Bliss and Dani from Strive Fitness Community for the first ever 4 week 'Run and Breathe' programme
What's involved?
Join Lisa and Dani on a unique programme to explore how breathwork can enhance your running experience.
Lisa will take you on an exploration of your breath and teach you tools to help open up and improve your respiratory system. Learn about your unique breathing pattern and how to breathe deeply to relieve tension in your diaphragm and primary breathing muscles. This programme is designed to help get your breath flowing freely and "belly breathing" when running. It is accessible for all level of runners, from beginners to experienced runners.
The programme will start with an experiential group workshop held on Zoom on Tuesday 30th March 2021, followed by four weekly breathwork videos that you can use before and after your runs. You have the option to be part of the 4 week programme or choose to just join in the workshop. If you decide to continue for the month, you might like to keep a running diary to record what you notice about your breath and how breathwork supports you.
As the programme will be held online, you can join us from wherever you are in the world and the videos can be viewed at a time that is convenient for you.

Throughout the whole of 2021 join women from around the world as we breathe into the different energies each month offers us. We surrender and shift in the Sun Sign and the Moon Sign. Every month is a different. We balance our cosmic energies as we bathe in the moonlight.
