Service Description
Breathwork puts you in touch with who you are, and how you feel. Breathing together as a couple can enhance your love for yourself and each other. I guide you on a personal journey, connecting mind, body and soul, with a focus on the heart centre. Perfect in preparation for your wedding day, anniversary celebrations and for special times together. I tailor the session to include music that is meaningful to you both and guide the session to include places that are special. A deep dive into your bond via the breath.
Cancellation Policy
We agree to be diligent and punctual for our meetings, so we can make the most of our time together. We will try not to cancel or reschedule out of respect for each other’s schedules. If the need arises, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, outside of emergency. I agree to notify you, likewise, promptly, if I ever need to reschedule one of our meetings.
